6. Payments and Subscriptions

Service providers may purchase subscription plans to access premium features. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to DBForge. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Submit false information or reviews
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDER LISTED ON OUR PLATFORM.

10. Limitation of Liability

DBForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any transactions between users.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
